Argyle has announced that the prestigious 'The Pilgrim' match day programme will strive to be 'a better product than ever before' after our promotion to the Championship. But what improvement needs to be made?
As a programme collector myself, this news is quite interesting and could be a great improvement to the overall match day experience. I once collected every single programme from each home game for a whole season. It was the 18/19 season. We ended up relegated from League One. Bar the disappointment, the programmes were fantastic.

Personally, if I had to add something to the programme, I would love more on our recent history. History from before my era is great to read, and is important to keep relevant, however, I feel as though many would love to be reminded about several events from the last decade, such as our several promotions or big FA cup clashes against the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea. Though this may seem too recent, I would still love a reminder of some of the great players who have played in the green shirt and are still playing to this day.
Graham Carey, Ruben Lameiras, Jake Jervis, Sonny Bradley, Yann Songo, and many more are all fan favourites amongst the green army, however, are barely mentioned any more. I think it would be interesting to have occasional updates on these previous players, after all...once a green always a green.
My final request would be a page allocated to retro argyle kits, again from recent times or even further back in history.
However, even without these requests, 'The Pilgrim' will still remain the best programme in the world.
